Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Executive – Digital Marketing to strengthen brand presence, build online visibility, generate qualified business enquiries/leads, and support sales growth for a company in the wires and cables manufacturing industry (B2B, Industrial Products, OEM/EPC Contractors, Domestic & Global Markets). The role involves website management, SEO, paid campaigns, social media, content development, lead generation, and close coordination with sales, technical, and product teams. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies • Manage and update the company website, product pages, and technical SEO • Run paid digital campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other targeted online campaigns • Manage social media platforms and content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram • Create technical and product-focused content, blogs, and digital marketing collateral • Generate, track, and manage online leads and coordinate smoothly with the Sales team • Monitor campaign performance, track website traffic, analyze lead generation metrics, and prepare monthly reports and actionable insights • Coordinate effectively with technical, quality, and sales teams as well as external marketing agencies • Work independently while collaborating across multiple functional teams to power brand visibility Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience • Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, electrical products, or wires and cables industry is strongly preferred / an advantage • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent (Graduates with strong relevant experience may also be considered) • Proven working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing • Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Excel, Canva, or similar marketing/reporting tools • Strong content creation, communication, creative, and analytical skills • Good understanding of industrial products and wires & cables domain Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Delhi, India • Full-time onsite role Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month Application Instructions: • Interested candidates ready to take the next step are invited to send their updated CV to the recruitment team via email
