### Role & Company / Project Overview GTEN Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Data Consultant for an initial 6-month consulting engagement. In this role, you will assist organizations in turning their data strategy into functional data products that people actively use, shaping data direction and driving cross-team adoption. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Data strategy & roadmap: Define an organization's overall data direction and translate it into a structured, clear, and actionable roadmap. - Advanced data modeling & data science: Share leading industry practices, frameworks, and practical examples of how modern organizations build and scale advanced data modeling and data science capabilities. - Data products & adoption: Create end-to-end data products, foster organizational adoption, and advise on operating models and ownership demarcation between Product and Data teams using proven, practical examples. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated consulting and practical hands-on experience in enterprise data strategy and roadmap formulation. - In-depth background in advanced data modeling, data architecture, and data science capabilities. - Proven track record of developing data products and driving organizational user adoption. - Experience advising on data governance, data team ownership, and alignment with product management. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Delhi-NCR, India. - Engagement Type: Initial 6-month consulting contract. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their resume via email.
