Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview AmbiSure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Privacy Consultant for a 2-year project-dedicated engagement in Delhi-NCR, reporting to the Senior Privacy Consultant / Project Manager-Lead. The role contributes to a major Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act advisory, governance, and implementation assurance engagement in the banking sector. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct stakeholder interviews, data discovery, and workshops to understand personal-data processing. - Prepare and maintain data inventories, Record of Processing Activities (RoPA), data-flow diagrams, and processing registers. - Support privacy gap assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and risk documentation. - Draft privacy policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), privacy notices, consent procedures, and data-rights workflows. - Track compliance gaps, corrective actions, vendor evidence, and closure status. - Support System Integrator (SI) testing, UAT observations, evidence, and audit readiness. - Maintain project documentation, progress reports, status updates, and evidence trackers. - Assist with privacy training, breach simulations, and regulatory documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2–5 years of experience in privacy, GRC, information security audit, regulatory compliance, or BFSI consulting. - Familiarity with the DPDP Act, DPIAs, RoPA, data retention, privacy notices, and privacy controls. - Experience with data-flow diagrams, risk registers, policy documentation, and audit evidence. - Exposure to banking processes, KYC, CBS, RBI-regulated controls, or third-party processors is an advantage. - Certifications or training in CIPP, CIPM, CDPSE, ISO 27001, or ISO 27701 are a plus. - Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Delhi-NCR, India. - Work Model: Primarily On-site. - Assignment Duration: 2 Years | Project-Dedicated. - Openings: 1. • Compensation & Benefits - Professional engagement in a high-impact banking sector compliance project with industry-standard remuneration. • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply by submitting their application to the designated contact email or contacting the hiring team at the provided phone number.
