Role & Company / Project Overview: Careerwill is hiring a Batch Operations Intern to maintain academic delivery standards across its mobile application. The role ensures that thousands of students experience seamless daily operations, maintaining trust in scheduled live lectures, notes, test series, and content accuracy. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Check every live batch on the app daily, including lectures, schedules, notes, test series, and lecture titles • Catch operational errors and content gaps before students encounter them • Coordinate issue fixes directly with content and tech teams • Rigorously follow up until every flagged problem is completely resolved • Share regular reports documenting issues identified, fixes implemented, and recurring patterns Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Extremely detail-oriented mindset with high attention to missing details • Tenacity and comfort with following up repeatedly until resolution • Good organizational skills with foundational proficiency in Google Sheets • Prior personal experience using EdTech applications as a student is a strong bonus Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: In-office at Careerwill Head Office, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi • Duration: 3 months (with potential extension up to 6 months) Compensation & Benefits: • Stipend: ₹10,000 per month • Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity based on performance Application Instructions: • Submit your CV via email with the subject line 'Batch Operations Intern'.
