Role & Company / Project Overview: C Spire Digital is hiring an experienced Salesforce Lead to take charge of technical leadership and enterprise implementations across modern Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide technical leadership and solution design across enterprise Salesforce implementations. • Design, develop, and customize solutions utilizing Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. • Build complex UI and business logic using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. • Implement and maintain Salesforce Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. • Lead Territory Management and Salesforce Maps implementations. • Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and robust security models. • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve technical issues. • Interface with clients for technical requirement gathering and clear communication. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of relevant Salesforce development and leadership experience. • Mandatory technical skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, REST/SOAP API integrations, React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Territory Management, Salesforce Maps, Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Security Model. • Preferred qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification. • Proven enterprise Salesforce implementation experience. • Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and analytical problem-solving skills.
