### Role & Company / Project Overview Globe View Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and detail-oriented GIS professionals for cadastral map scanning, georeferencing, digitization, and GIS data preparation projects in Dehradun. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Cadastral and revenue map scanning and data management. • Georeferencing of cadastral and village maps. • Digitization of plot, Khasra, and parcel boundaries. • GIS layer creation and attribute data entry. • Ownership and land record data attribution. • Map editing, topology checking, and quality control. • Preparation and maintenance of GIS/CAD databases. • Working with scanned maps, revenue records, and spatial data. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in GIS, cadastral mapping, or land records digitization. • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar geospatial software. • Domain Understanding: Sound understanding of maps, parcels, Khasra/plot boundaries, and attribute data. • Core Competencies: High attention to detail and digitization accuracy. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India (Onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits • As per company norms and experience level. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can send their detailed CV directly to the recruiter's official email address.
