Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Cloud Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable, and cost-efficient enterprise solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will lead cloud migration initiatives and partner with engineering, security, and operations teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and implement scalable, secure GCP cloud architectures. - Lead cloud readiness assessments and migration strategies. - Establish cloud governance, security, and compliance best practices. - Optimize GCP performance, resource utilization, and cloud costs. - Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 13–15 years overall; 7–10+ years in cloud architecture. - Certification: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (mandatory). - Strong GCP architecture and implementation experience. - Expertise in GCP compute, networking, storage, and security services. - Proven experience leading cloud migration projects. - Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Preferred Skills: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps experience. - Preferred Skills: Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC). - Preferred Skills: AWS or Azure exposure is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details Onsite position located in Dearborn, Michigan, United States. • Application Instructions Share resume to the specified hiring contact.
