Role & Company / Project Overview: Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Rockwell and Siemens automation systems in Davangere, Karnataka. The candidate will design, implement, and maintain industrial automation solutions to ensure smooth plant operations and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Configure, program, and troubleshoot Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix and Siemens S7/TIA Portal systems. • Develop and maintain SCADA/HMI applications (FactoryTalk View SE/ME, WinCC). • Execute commissioning, FAT/SAT, and plant start up activities. • Integrate instrumentation, MCC/VFD panels, and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus). • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with production and safety standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. • 4–6 years of proven experience in industrial automation projects. • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, and instrumentation integration. • Hands-on experience in process industry automation preferred. • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
