• Role & Company / Project Overview Kissht is looking for an Assistant Manager – Personal Loan to lead the Personal Loan vertical and drive sales through field teams in Darjeeling, West Bengal. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Meet and exceed Personal Loan sales quotas in the assigned area. - Lead and manage Field Sales Officers (FOS) to maximize sales productivity. - Monitor daily loan processing, team visits, and sales performance. - Oversee on-ground sales activities in Darjeeling. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2–3 years of relevant experience in Fintech, Lending, Banking, or Sales. - Experience in Personal Loan (PL) sales is preferred. - Past experience in field sales and team supervision is advantageous. - Strong interpersonal, leadership, and target achievement capabilities. - Willingness to work on-site and manage field tasks in Darjeeling. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Darjeeling, West Bengal, India. - Work Arrangement: Onsite / Field Sales. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation as per industry norms, commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Submit your updated resume to the contact email.
