Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales & Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion for RTP and non-metallic piping systems. The position operates within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water, Energy & Industrial Piping Systems industry based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead sales, business development, pricing, and commercial negotiations • Build and maintain strong relationships with IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, and key industrial clients • Manage tenders, proposals, contracts, and vendor registrations • Develop sales budgets, forecasts, and business growth plans • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water, or Energy • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role • Proven experience selling RTP and/or non-metallic piping systems • Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, NWC, or their affiliates is a strong advantage • Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP, and Microsoft Office Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Compensation & Benefits • Not specified Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV via email with the subject line 'Sales & Commercial Manager'.
