We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer / Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions on the Databricks platform. This is a high-impact role focused on building production-grade AI systems using LLMs, RAG architectures, and modern AI application frameworks. Key Focus Areas: End-to-end GenAI solution architecture & development, Enterprise AI applications using LLMs & RAG, Databricks Lakehouse-based AI pipelines, Scalable AI application design & deployment, Building production-ready AI copilots & assistants. Must-Have Expertise: 10+ years of overall IT experience, Strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Databricks platform (hands-on), AI Application Development (must be strong), Python, REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Preferred Experience: LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks, Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.), Agent-based AI systems, Event-driven / distributed architectures, MLOps & production deployment experience. What You'll Build: Enterprise Knowledge Assistants, AI Copilots for business functions, Intelligent Document Processing systems, AI Search & Retrieval systems, Workflow automation agents powered by LLMs. Location: Dallas, TX.
