Role & Company / Project Overview Virtual Tech Gurus is hiring an experienced Enterprise GenAI Architect to join the team in Dallas, TX on a full on-site basis. We are seeking a technology leader who can drive enterprise AI architecture, transform AI initiatives from pilot/POC to production readiness, and build scalable, secure, and resilient AI solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Drive enterprise AI architecture and transform AI initiatives from pilot/POC to full production readiness. • Assess and optimize enterprise AI platform architecture. • Drive production readiness and platform hardening. • Design scalable, secure, and resilient AI solutions. • Define enterprise integration and migration strategies. • Develop comprehensive architecture documentation and implementation roadmaps. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 15+ years of relevant technology and architecture experience. • Generative AI & Enterprise AI Platform Architecture expertise. • Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments. • Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes. • API integration and enterprise systems integration experience. • In-depth knowledge of AI security, governance, and production readiness. • Strong communication skills.
