Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on opportunity for a DevOps professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, cloud security, and CI/CD automation. You will collaborate with engineering teams and architects to improve infrastructure reliability, streamline deployments, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvements. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, automate, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. - Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. - Manage containerization platforms and cloud environments. - Collaborate directly with engineering teams and architects to improve overall infrastructure reliability and streamline deployments. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across environments. - Drive continuous improvements in cloud operations and CI/CD automation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. - Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. - Experience with Docker and Azure Container Apps or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of cloud networking, NSGs, and Azure Key Vault. - Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. - Familiarity with API Gateway, Cloudflare, and Redis Cache. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage technical dependencies. - Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries. - Nice to Have: Knowledge of cloud security, privacy, and compliance requirements. - Nice to Have: Experience supporting highly available, production-critical applications. - Nice to Have: Experience collaborating with architects on cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Work Mode: Remote. - Time Zone: CST. - Location: Costa Rica (Location will be confirmed after hiring). • Application Instructions Interested candidates or referrals should send an updated resume to the contact email provided.
