• Role & Company / Project Overview TAG Resort Coron is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Pastry Chef to join its growing culinary team in Coron, Palawan. This role works closely with the Pastry Chef to craft delightful baked goods and desserts for guests visiting this premier island destination. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Assist the Pastry Chef in the daily preparation, production, and presentation of pastries, baked goods, and desserts. - Ensure accurate mise en place and ingredient prep according to kitchen recipes. - Support clean kitchen operations, adhering to strict food handling and hygiene guidelines. - Help monitor inventory, ingredients, and baking supplies. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Prior experience or formal training in baking, pastry arts, or kitchen operations. - Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and readiness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality setting. - Good teamwork, dependability, and positive communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time onsite position located at TAG Resort Coron, National Highway, Brgy.
