Role & Company / Project Overview: Vision-FS Recruitment is seeking an Employed Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) in Cornwall and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage an existing client book. • Develop new clients and increase Assets Under Management (AUM). • Access provided warm leads and convert them into new fee revenue. • Deliver holistic independent financial planning and wealth advisory services. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experienced Financial Adviser / IFA with relevant industry qualifications. • Proven track record in wealth planning, advisory, client acquisition, and relationship management. • Focus on new business generation and client service excellence. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Cornwall and surrounding areas, United Kingdom. • Work Arrangement: Hybrid working.
