Role & Company / Project Overview: Eurl Logaritm AI is recruiting experienced Process / Simulation Engineers for two upcoming industrial projects in the fertilizer and chemicals sector in Algeria. Join Logaritm and contribute to high-value industrial projects combining process engineering, simulation, and engineering intelligence focused on process modeling, energy efficiency, and sustainable industrial performance. The role reports to the Logaritm Project Manager within the Logaritm Team (minimum 3 positions available: one lead-capable, two support). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Process modelling and simulation using Aspen HYSYS - Mass and energy balances and data reconciliation - Analysis of DCS/historian data, PFDs and P&IDs - Process optimization, energy audits and efficiency improvements - Engineering calculations and technical reporting - Developing and validating process models using real industrial plant data Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering - Minimum 5 years of hands-on Aspen HYSYS experience - Strong understanding of industrial processes and plant operations - Ability to calibrate simulation models against actual operating data - Proficiency in English and/or French - Preferred: Experience in fertilizer, ammonia, nitric acid or chemical industries - Preferred: Knowledge of Aspen Plus, Aspen EDR and energy-efficiency assessments is an advantage Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Constantine, Algeria / Algeria - Onsite industrial project assignment Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified Application Instructions: - Submit your CV with the subject line 'Simulation Engineer – Algeria'.
