• Role & Company / Project Overview: TalentSpring Staffing is recruiting an established Labor & Employment Attorney for a lateral partner opportunity (Non-Equity Partner level) with a reputed law firm in Concord, New Hampshire. Some firm-generated work may also be available to complement the incoming partner's existing practice. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and manage complex labor and employment legal matters, disputes, and counseling. - Maintain and grow an existing client base while representing clients in negotiations, litigation, and regulatory proceedings. - Originate new business and demonstrate active practice ownership. - Collaborate with firm partners and leverage firm-generated work to complement and expand practice reach. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Established Labor & Employment law practice. - Minimum $325,000+ portable book of business. - Strong existing client relationships and practice ownership. - Demonstrated business-development and origination capabilities. - Ability to maintain and grow an existing client base. - Admission and good standing appropriate to practice law in New Hampshire. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Concord, New Hampshire. • Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 Base. - Portable Book Expectation: Minimum $325,000+. • Application Instructions: - Interested attorneys may share their profile along with portable book size, NH Bar status, work authorization, and current location to the designated recruitment email or contact phone number.
