• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong React.js and UI development experience to join our team and support a new application architecture for a large-scale customer-facing digital platform. This position is a 6+ Months / C2H role (Only W2 Role). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and support a new application architecture for a large-scale customer-facing digital platform. - Deliver front-end and full-stack solutions using React.js, JavaScript, and Java. - Optimize user interface performance for high-traffic customer-facing applications. - Work in an Agile environment following CI/CD practices and complete SDLC workflows. - Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance development productivity. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Must-Have Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with React.js / ReactJS. - Excellent JavaScript and Front-End development skills. - 3+ years of Java programming experience. - Working knowledge of AWS. - Full Stack application development experience. - Strong understanding of UI performance optimization. - Experience building large-scale customer-facing applications. - Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile, and SDLC. - Experience with AI-assisted development tools. - Nice-to-Have Skills: - Banking or Financial Services experience. - Digital advertising, offers, or promotional platform experience. - Mobile and Web application development. - Experience with enterprise-level applications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Columbus, OH (Fully Onsite). - Duration: 6+ Months / Contract-to-Hire (C2H). - Interview Process: Video / Phone. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified (Only W2 Role). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates please share your updated resume to the contact email specified.
