Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in Agile project management to join the team and lead projects to successful delivery. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope. - Define project scopes, objectives, and detailed project plans. - Track project progress and manage changes to scope and schedules. - Identify project risks and roadblocks, and implement effective solutions. - Manage project risks and escalate issues when necessary. - Collaborate with Product Owners to define, estimate, and prioritize user stories. - Communicate daily project updates to management and stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile project management. - Bachelor's degree in IT; a Master's degree is an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of risk identification and mitigation. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. - Business domain knowledge and a technical background are highly advantageous. - PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should send their updated CV to the designated contact email.
