Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle voice process calling to engage prospective resort guests, clients, and corporate accounts. • Pitch resort packages, explain amenities, follow up on inbound/outbound inquiries, and convert leads into bookings. • Maintain detailed communication logs and deliver exceptional customer service.
