### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced IT professional specializing in IT Asset Management, ServiceNow CMDB, and Infrastructure Governance. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) and full Asset Lifecycle Management. • Oversee ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management processes. • Drive Infrastructure Governance, Risk & Compliance across IT systems. • Develop and monitor KPI metrics, performance reporting, and executive dashboards. • Build Power BI dashboards for operational and leadership visibility. • Implement ITIL framework standards and IT Service Management best practices. • Handle stakeholder management and leadership reporting. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Professionals with 5+ years of experience in ITAM, CMDB, infrastructure governance, asset lifecycle management, compliance, and management reporting. • Core technical & domain skills: IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow CMDB / Configuration Management, Infrastructure Governance, Risk & Compliance, KPI Metrics, Performance Reporting & Executive Dashboards, Power BI & Dashboarding, ITIL Framework & IT Service Management, Stakeholder Management & Leadership Reporting. • Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ### Application Instructions Apply by sharing your profile for more details.
