Key responsibilities include leading, training, and motivating a team of customer consultants to achieve monthly volume and profit targets, maintaining strong team coordination and a positive high-performance work environment, utilizing advanced tools and technology to provide complete painting and décor solutions, and willingness to travel as per business requirements. Eligibility: Any Graduate with 50% or above throughout, no active backlogs, no education gaps, age under 25-28 years, fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi preferred. Compensation: 33791 INR gross non-metro or 34690 INR gross metro plus allowances.
