• Role & Company / Project Overview: Venpa Staffing is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Settlement to guide settlement operations within the US Mortgage domain. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and lead the settlement operations team handling US mortgage closing and settlement activities. - Ensure strict adherence to US real estate settlement procedures, title clearance, and documentation standards. - Monitor daily operational metrics, team SLA performance, quality standards, and issue resolution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 6–8 Years of relevant experience in US Mortgage settlement operations. - Mandatory: On-paper experience required. - Strong leadership, operational management, and mortgage domain knowledge. - Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 15 days notice period. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. - Shift: US Night Shift. - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Interview Mode: Virtual. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Based on experience and interview performance. • Application Instructions: - Share your updated resume using the designated contact email or phone number to apply.
