• Role & Company / Project Overview: Advanced Energy Thailand, in partnership with Manpower Thailand, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations for its growing manufacturing facility in Rojana Laem Chabang, Chonburi. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for engineering, operations, and corporate functions - Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, workforce plans, and candidate selection strategies - Build strategic sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field - Proven talent acquisition leadership experience within manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor sectors - Strong networking, communication, and executive search skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Event: Open House Interviews on Saturday, 10 & 17 October 2026 (By Appointment Only) - Location: Rojana Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Thailand • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation, benefits package, and international career exposure • Application Instructions: Apply and register via Manpower Thailand to reserve your interview slot.
