Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Nanda Group / Nandu's is hiring an Electrician for Maradihalli Farm in the poultry industry. The primary job purpose is to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all electrical systems and equipment at the poultry farm, minimizing breakdowns and ensuring uninterrupted farm operations. Reporting to Farm In-charge / Farm Manager. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Maintain and repair electrical wiring, lights, fans, motors, and pumps. - Maintain poultry shed equipment including ventilation fans, cooling systems, feeders, and water pumps. - Perform preventive maintenance and attend electrical breakdowns promptly. - Monitor electrical panels, power supply, and generators. - Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE. - Maintain records of repairs and preventive maintenance. - Coordinate with the Farm In-charge to ensure uninterrupted farm operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical (or equivalent qualification). - Experience: Experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in poultry farms, agricultural facilities, or industrial environments. - Technical knowledge of motors, pumps, wiring, electrical panels, and troubleshooting. - Understanding of electrical safety procedures. - Key skills in electrical fault identification & troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, problem-solving, time management, safety awareness, teamwork, and basic maintenance documentation. - Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Maradihalli Farm, Chitradurga, Karnataka. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month take-home (based on experience). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates please reach out to the recruiter via the provided phone or email.
