Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for an OLAP Sr Ops – Anaplan professional for a leading enterprise client. This position is on a contract/C2C basis for a 12+ months duration, based out of Chicago, IL on a hybrid model. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage Anaplan integrations, scheduled jobs, data loads, and interfaces. • Support Anaplan ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), model synchronization, and environment management. • Manage access control and security protocols within Anaplan. • Perform data reconciliation and validation between Anaplan and upstream/downstream systems. • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, operational documentation, and support procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Anaplan operational support, integrations, ALM, model sync, environment management, and data reconciliation. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, ownership and accountability, and adaptability. • Nice to Have: IBM Planning Analytics (IBM PA) experience. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid). • Duration: 12+ Months contract (C2C). • Interview Mode: WebEx.
