• Role & Company / Project Overview: GAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Testing Lead/SME to lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing initiatives for iOS/Android mobile applications and digital platforms. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle for mobile applications across iOS and Android ecosystems, as well as digital platforms. - Drive test strategy, test planning, manual testing execution, and test management in an Agile development environment. - Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and Zephyr to document and track bugs. - Ensure high quality, stability, and seamless user experience for retail or quick-service digital systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven track record as a Mobile Application Testing Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Extensive experience in iOS testing, Android testing, and end-to-end manual testing of mobile apps and digital platforms. - Direct experience in retail or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environments. - Proficient in Agile methodology and tools including JIRA and Zephyr. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - On-site working arrangement located in Chicago, Illinois, United States. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume directly to the recruiter's email address.
