• Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring for an Application Engineer (Capacitor) for a well-known electrical manufacturing company based in Chh. Sambhajinagar (Shendra M.I.D.C.), facilitated by Inspire Job Placement. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide technical support to customers for capacitor selection, sizing, and application - Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and quotations - Conduct product demonstrations, technical seminars, and customer training sessions - Review customer specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure product compliance - Undertake extensive travelling as required for customer technical engagements • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering - Experience: 3 to 5 years - In-depth knowledge of AC/DC circuits, power electronics, EMI/EMC, harmonics, and power quality - Customer-focused approach with strong technical aptitude - Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings - Experience with power factor correction systems, inverters, UPS, EVs, renewable energy, or industrial automation • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Shendra M.I.D.C., Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra - Requires extensive travel for customer visits and technical sessions • Compensation & Benefits - Commensurate with qualifications and industry standards • Application Instructions - Send CV to the recruitment contact.
