### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in ReactJS and NextJS to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of frontend modules, state management, complex API integrations, and client-side optimization within fast-paced engineering environments. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and maintain responsive, enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, and modern CSS. • Implement NextJS architectural capabilities, including SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router, and API routes. • Manage complex application states using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or Context API. • Ensure application performance, security, SEO optimization, and cross-browser resilience. • Drive testing strategies by writing comprehensive unit and integration tests. • Collaborate with Product, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver complex features in Agile sprints. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 8+ years of core frontend software development experience. • Core Stack: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, ReactJS, and NextJS. • Styling & UI: Practical experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, or Styled Components. • State & Ops: Proven experience with state management tools and performance profiling tools. • Languages: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days maximum. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Chennai • Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO) • Interview Process: 3 Rounds (Virtual) ### Compensation & Benefits • Compensation: ₹30 – 35 LPA ### Application Instructions • Ready to lead frontend initiatives?
