• Role & Company / Project Overview Creative Eco Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a CRM / Telecalling / Quotation Executive to manage inbound/outbound customer interactions, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM records for their Chennai branch. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle telecalling with prospective and existing customers regarding solar offerings - Prepare accurate cost estimates, sales proposals, and quotations based on customer needs - Update and maintain CRM databases, logging lead statuses and follow-up activities - Coordinate with sales managers and technical teams to ensure prompt customer service • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Good communication, phone etiquette, and organizational skills - Experience with CRM software or quotation preparation is beneficial, but fresh talent is welcome - Proficiency in basic computer applications and spreadsheet tools • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Purasawalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - Work Mode: On-site • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month - Accommodation provided in Chennai • Application Instructions - Share your resume via WhatsApp to the contact number provided.
