Role & Company / Project Overview: Infinity Crest is hiring enthusiastic and motivated MBA Freshers for full-time customer relations and calling positions based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information. • Make outbound calls to customers and explain products and services clearly. • Follow up diligently with existing customers and prospective leads. • Maintain comprehensive call records and update customer information. • Achieve daily calling targets, quotas, and performance objectives.
