• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate VoIP / Software Developer with strong experience in telephony platforms, backend development, and real-time communication systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel PHP, and WebRTC-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud telephony, contact center, dialer, and communication platforms. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop and maintain VoIP and contact center applications - Configure and manage FreeSWITCH and Asterisk servers - Build WebRTC-based voice calling applications - Develop backend services using Laravel PHP - Design SIP call flows, dialplans, IVR, and routing logic - Integrate third-party APIs and telecom providers - Troubleshoot call quality, SIP, RTP, and server-related issues - Optimize application performance and scalability - Work with frontend and DevOps teams for deployments and integrations - Monitor and maintain production telephony infrastructure • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience Required: 3+ Years Preferred - Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE / MCA / BCA / Any relevant degree (equivalent practical experience is also acceptable) - Strong hands-on expertise in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel PHP, and WebRTC - Candidates with experience in Predictive Dialers, Contact Center Platforms, Cloud Telephony Systems, and Voice Bots / AI Calling Platforms will be preferred - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently on production systems - Good communication and teamwork skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Location: Chennai - Work Mode: Work from office - Notice Period: Immediate / 15 days • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can apply with their updated resumes.
