Role & Company / Project Overview: Pan-Asia is hiring a Performance Engineer / Performance Testing & Engineering Specialist to join the team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Performance Testing frameworks • Conduct end-to-end performance testing and performance engineering activities • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using AppDynamics and Splunk • Implement GenAI and AI-driven performance testing solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent development • Work with vector databases and leverage evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval • Provide strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving solutions for complex systems Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7 to 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering • Expertise in JMeter, AppDynamics (AppD), and Splunk • Strong programming/coding skills, with Python preferred • Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and technologies: - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - AI Agent development - Vector Databases - DeepEval or similar AI evaluation frameworks • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their resume to the designated recruitment email address.
