• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Windchill PLM Technical Consultant/Developer with strong hands-on experience in Windchill implementation, configuration, customization, data migration, and application integration on a C2H (Contract-to-Hire) basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and support solutions for Windchill PLM applications. - Work on Windchill implementation, configuration, and customization. - Perform data migration from legacy systems to Windchill. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Develop and maintain integrations between Windchill and legacy/external systems. - Support application architecture, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution. - Work on Java and JavaScript-based development activities. - Support Windchill upgrades and application enhancements. - Manage code deployment and provide production/application support. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and support documents. - Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 8–10 Years. - Mandatory Skills: PTC Windchill PLM, Windchill Implementation, Windchill Configuration & Customization, Legacy-to-Windchill Data Migration, Java, JavaScript, Windchill Integration, Application Architecture, Oracle Database, Code Deployment, Technical Documentation, Windchill Troubleshooting. - Good to Have Skills: Windchill System Administration, Unix/Linux basics and commands, Agile/Scrum methodology, Experience with software upgrades, Exposure to Retail business processes, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ideal Candidate: Candidates should possess strong hands-on experience in Windchill PLM implementation and customization, along with expertise in data migration, Java/JavaScript development, integrations, Oracle databases, deployment, and technical documentation. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Basis: C2H (Contract to Hire). - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resumes or connect for further details.
