### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (ServiceMax) to join our team in Chennai. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, & implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. - Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, SOQL, & Web Services. - Build modern user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. - Configure & develop solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Develop & support Agentforce solutions & integrations based on business requirements. - Design & troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce & external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Middleware, and ETL tools. - Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, & production support activities. - Follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, order of execution, coding standards, and Agile development methodologies. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, & stakeholders to deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Overall Experience: 7+ Years). - Experience delivering 3+ Salesforce project implementations. - Strong enterprise experience across Salesforce.com, Lightning, Apex, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce. - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Lightning, Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. - Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities. - Strong back-end development skills including Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, and SOQL. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits & Order of Execution. - Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. - Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Middleware, and ETL tools. - Experience with MuleSoft and debugging integration issues is preferred. - Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar version-control platforms. - Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as VS Code/SFDX, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools. - Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments. - Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with peer code reviews and coding standards. - Hands-on experience with ServiceMax implementations and configurations. - Nice to Have: • Experience with ServiceMax modules such as Work Orders, Installed Products, Contracts, Preventive Maintenance, and Service Agreements. • Experience with ProntoForms mobile forms integrated with Salesforce/ServiceMax. • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce-related certifications. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chennai (Onsite). - Shift: UK Shift. ### Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. ### Application Instructions - Share your resume via email or provide your details through WhatsApp.
