• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Thunderhead Developer / Business Analyst professional to join our team in Chennai within the Investment Banking domain. We are seeking candidates who possess a combination of Business Analysis capabilities, Equity Derivatives subject matter expertise, and Thunderhead document generation skills. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Hands-on document generation and templating utilizing Thunderhead tools. - Requirement gathering, preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specifications. - Understanding and managing Front Office and Middle Office workflows and processes. - Active coordination and liaison with Business, Legal, Sales, Operations, and IT teams across departments. - Participating in Agile/Scrum delivery processes and supporting comprehensive testing processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Overall 5+ years of professional experience. - Proven domain experience in Investment Banking. - Strong functional and domain knowledge of Equity Derivatives and Structured Products. - Hands-on expertise in Thunderhead document generation and templating. - Knowledge of Java, Python, VBA, or C# is an added advantage. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and testing lifecycle methodologies. - Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can submit their updated CV via email or direct message.
