• Role & Company / Project Overview Vipany Global is seeking an experienced Varicent Developer to join our IT team in Chennai. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain Varicent / IBM SPM solutions, supporting sales performance management and incentive compensation processing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and maintain Varicent calculation logic, views, and data stores. - Implement data integration pipelines, data migration processes, and data extraction & transformation workflows. - Develop business reports, dashboards, and configure web reporting portals. - Manage database operations across Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata. - Troubleshoot calculation issues, perform data reconciliations, and handle incident and change management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Varicent / IBM SPM development. - Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL scripting. - In-depth understanding of Varicent calculations, views, and data store architecture. - Hands-on experience with database management across Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata. - Demonstrated experience in reports and dashboard development and data migration. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Pan India hiring context) - Work Arrangement: Full-time standard business hours • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV for consideration.
