• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Principal Architect / Senior Architect to join our team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate technology leader with 10–15 years of experience and a strong background in Software and Enterprise Architecture. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic Enterprise Architecture initiatives, collaborate with architects and talented technology teams across the globe, and influence solutions across multiple domains within the logistics business. If you are an architecture enthusiast who enjoys going both wide and deep across technology, we would love to hear from you. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead strategic Enterprise Architecture initiatives across multiple domains within the logistics business. - Design complex end-to-end software and cloud-native solutions. - Collaborate closely with peer architects and cross-functional technology teams across the globe. - Influence architectural decisions and technology roadmaps. - Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across global, cross-region teams. - Work independently under pressure to deliver robust architecture solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Overall 10–15 years of industry experience. - 3–8 years of strong Software Architecture experience. - Proven expertise in designing complex end-to-end solutions. - Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture. - Demonstrated experience with Cloud-Native Architecture. - Good understanding of Agentic AI and emerging technologies. - Demonstrated ability to work across multiple architecture domains. - Hands-on experience collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to work independently under pressure. - Excellent spoken and written English skills. - Highly comfortable working with global, cross-region teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Work setup: Onsite / Office-based in Chennai collaborating with global teams. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can drop their CV to the recruitment contact provided.
