Role & Company / Project Overview: KALKI Fashion is expanding its team and looking for passionate Fashion Consultants to join our store in Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive sales and achieve targets through proactive customer engagement and personalized styling. • Provide expert fashion advice and curate tailored looks based on individual customer needs. • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on new designer collections. • Represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and a genuine passion for fashion. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in sales. • Background in designer or multi-designer stores. • Proven track record of working on sales targets and driving revenue. • Strong understanding of luxury apparel sales and customer preferences. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience working with designer/multi-designer brands. • Background in luxury apparel. • Fashion education background will be preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai store, Tamil Nadu, India. • Onsite store-based retail role.
