• Role & Company / Project Overview KISNA, the retail jewellery brand of H.K. Jewels Pvt. Ltd. (a group company of Hari Krishna Group, established 1992, De Beers Sightholder with 160+ retail outlets and 1,500+ shop-in-shop partners), is hiring a Regional Business Manager (RBM) for Chennai (Tamil Nadu) in South India. The role reports to the Zonal Sales / Retail Head and carries full regional P&L ownership. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Regional Business & P&L: Own regional revenue and sales target achievement across all stores and channels; lead store-level P&L and ROI reviews. - Store Productivity & Footfall: Drive SSG, LFL/LYL, and walk-in conversion backed by regional BTL, activation campaigns, and local catchment marketing. - Franchise Partners: Oversee COCO/FOFO profitability, compliance, and ongoing partner engagement. - Operations & Inventory: Ensure adherence to SOPs, billing standards, and VM guidelines; oversee stock availability, cover, ageing, and liquidation. - Teams: Coach and manage ABMs, Store Managers, and showroom teams; conduct manpower planning with HR. - Expansion: Deliver the zone's FOFO/COCO store expansion goals including catchment evaluation, site selection, onboarding, launch, and ramp-up. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10 to 15 years in retail, with at least 6+ years in multi-store management carrying direct P&L accountability. - Jewellery retail background is preferred; premium retail background considered second; others not shortlisted. - Strong expertise in franchise/FOFO management, store rollout, and site evaluation. - Leadership experience managing ABMs and Store Managers with structured review systems. - South-market fluency: knowledge of regional catchments and local language proficiency is advantageous. - Fresh applicants only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (South Zone). - On-site multi-store retail role. • Compensation & Benefits - Fixed pay with KPI-linked variable compensation and incentive programs. - Significant decision rights and executive visibility. • Application Instructions Forward your resume mentioning Chennai in the subject line.
