Role & Company / Project Overview: Diligent Global is hiring a QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in software testing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct software quality assurance and testing activities • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing • Execute database validation and black-box testing using SQL • Carry out defect identification, thorough documentation, and bug tracking Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of QA / Software Testing experience • Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing is mandatory • Good knowledge of SQL for database validation and black-box testing • Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and system testing • Strong defect identification, documentation, and tracking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: Experience in Automation Testing • Preferred: Experience working in the Retail domain Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai preferred Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
