Role & Company / Project Overview: Diraa HR Services is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented candidates for the position of Quality Inspector in Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products. • Check product dimensions using standard measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.). • Verify products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Identify, report, and document defects or non-conformities. • Maintain accurate inspection records and daily quality reports. • Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely issue resolution. • Ensure strict compliance with company and customer quality requirements. • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Any Degree (Preference for Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Industrial, or related engineering fields). • Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers are eligible and encouraged to apply). • Preferred Tools & Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and CMM. • Strong attention to detail and sound understanding of quality assurance standards. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Shift: Full-time on-site manufacturing/inspection. • Immediate joiners preferred.
