Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team as Manager – IT Applications at our Corporate Office in Chennai within the NBFC industry. The role entails leading the implementation and delivery of key lending applications, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and Collections. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end implementation of LOS, LMS, and Collections applications. • Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation. • Drive technical design and development initiatives using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. • Lead cross-functional teams across development, testing, business analysis, and implementation. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and compliance teams. • Ensure application quality, security, performance, and regulatory compliance. • Manage change implementation, post-deployment support, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience managing IT applications in the financial services or NBFC sector. • Hands-on familiarity and leadership in software stacks involving .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. • In-depth domain knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Collections systems. • Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
