• Role & Company / Project Overview: Collabera is hiring an experienced SAFe Data Product Owner / Product Manager for an exciting opportunity in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The position is tailored for Senior Product Owners / Data Product Managers with strong domain knowledge and proven methodology experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Serve as the SAFe Data Product Owner / Product Manager driving data products within the BFSI domain. - Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and manage product backlogs using JIRA. - Oversee Data Governance initiatives and the delivery of end-to-end Data Products. - Manage Regulatory Reporting and FinCrime-related data requirements. - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and technology teams as well as business stakeholders. - Maintain excellent stakeholder management across business and technology functions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 10+ years of total relevant experience. - Mandatory: Strong Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain knowledge. - Mandatory: Understanding of AML / KYC / Financial Crime (FinCrime). - Mandatory: Thorough knowledge of Regulatory Reporting. - Mandatory: Expertise in Data Governance and Data Products. - Mandatory: SAFe Agile PO/PM Certification. - Mandatory: Strong expertise in JIRA and PI Planning. - Mandatory: Excellent stakeholder management with business and technology teams. - Good to Have: Understanding of APIs, Data Platforms, Cloud & Integrations. - Good to Have: SQL and Data Analysis awareness. - Good to Have: Experience working with Engineering and Architecture teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Hybrid. - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the designated recruitment email.
