Job description

Dexian is hiring an experienced Scrum Master with strong Salesforce project experience to drive Agile delivery and work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bridge cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sprint execution and release delivery. Key responsibilities include leading Scrum ceremonies, managing backlog refinement, sprint planning, releases, dependencies, risks, and impediments, as well as tracking Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and team capacity. Requirements include 4+ years of Scrum Master or Agile experience, mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce projects, proficiency with Azure DevOps Boards & Dashboards, and strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching skills. CSM or equivalent Scrum Master certification is preferred.
