Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: eFocus Instruments India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an RF Sourcing Engineer to join a growing team focused on technical sourcing, competitive procurement, and building strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • RFQ & Inquiry Management: Review customer inquiries, understand technical requirements, and identify suitable suppliers. • Supplier Sourcing & Quotations: Send RFQs to vendors and obtain at least three competitive quotations for each requirement, wherever feasible. • Supplier Follow-ups: Track pending quotations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely responses. • Price Negotiation & Procurement: Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with selected suppliers before purchase order placement. • Order Coordination: Support the sourcing process from initial inquiry to supplier selection and final order execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Eligibility: Freshers and candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience welcome. • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Preferred Knowledge: Basic understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) components or products is an added advantage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • A proactive and detail-oriented approach with good problem-solving abilities. • Interest in technical sourcing and procurement. • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow professionally.
