Role & Company / Project Overview: KRG Technologies is urgently hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join the human resources team as IT Recruiter / US IT Recruiter / Resource Executive in Nungambakkam, Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle recruitment and talent acquisition processes as an HR / Resource Executive • Screen, source, and coordinate with candidates for IT / US IT requirements • Manage administrative and recruiting communications via email and recruitment tools Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Any degree completed • Freshers are welcome to apply • Good verbal and written communication skills • Patience and strong willingness to work in HR / Recruitment • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook • Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada as an additional language is required Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: KRG Technologies, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu • Working Arrangement: 5 days working from the office (Onsite) • Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview Dates: 12th & 13th October, between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary as per company standards for freshers Application Instructions: • Reach out with your profile to the provided contact email or attend the walk-in face-to-face interview directly.
