Role & Company / Project Overview: Agile Ventures is hiring Technical Recruiters to work on client deployment at the client's office location in Chennai. Candidates are employed on Agile Ventures payroll. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute end-to-end IT/technical recruitment and candidate sourcing. • Handle technical sourcing specifically for Data Engineering and AI roles. • Leverage key sourcing platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Conduct thorough candidate screening and handle professional stakeholder communications. • Manage hiring requirements and pipelines independently. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6 to 12 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment. • Strong sourcing knowledge and expertise in Data Engineering & AI roles. • In-depth understanding of technical hiring, screening, and sourcing platforms. • Candidate must currently be based in Chennai. • Mandatory requirement to attend the face-to-face walk-in interview on 24th September 2026.
