The role entails candidate lifecycle workflows in Workday Recruiting including offer generation, background checks, onboarding, and hire processing. Additionally, the lead acts as Tier 2/3 operational support for Workday Help/Case Management, managing case queues, adhering to strict SLAs, handling escalations, and training team specialists. Requires 5-8 years of HR Operations experience with mandatory hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Workday Help modules.
