Role & Company / Project Overview Lapiz Digital Services is hiring a full-time professional for InDesign Pagination. Lapiz Digital Services is a technology-focused group founded in 1999 and a wholly-owned division of Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd. The organization delivers a wide range of digital and business process outsourcing solutions including digital publishing, healthcare BPO, real estate, accounting, technical publication, logistics, data annotation, software development, e-commerce, and CRM, supported by over 1000 professionals across delivery centres in Chennai and Ranipet. This role is suited for candidates passionate about page layout, publishing, and magazine design who thrive in a creative, dynamic, and fast-paced publishing environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Execute page layout and typesetting using Adobe InDesign. • Work proficiently with XML and non-XML files. • Handle the pagination and layout formatting for books, journals, and magazines. • Coordinate actively with the editorial and production teams to ensure smooth and timely workflow execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1 to 5 years of relevant pagination experience (candidates with prior experience in magazine pagination are preferred). • Strong command over Adobe InDesign. • Proven experience working with XML / non-XML files. • Solid understanding of pagination principles, typesetting rules, and publishing industry standards. • Keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense for layout design, and passion for quality publishing. • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced publishing production environment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Chennai (Work From Office / WFO). • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
